• Pushing the lock button of the base (10), can lift the tray (7) up and putting the
bowl (9) on the turntable of the base (8), re-putting the button, can put down
the tray and lock it.

• Turn the speed control switch (5) into 0 position and make sure the mixer is
unplugged.
• Put the two holes below the right body into the two buttons on the engine base
and pull back a little bit hard, and then press down the backend. Once heard
a clicking, the third button placement has been completely buckled. (Fig. 2)

• Plug the cord into grounded outlet (220-240 V, ~ 50/60 Hz).
• Using the speed control switch (5) at the mixer you can set 5 rotation speeds
(1 through 5). Always start mixing at slow speeds. Gradually increase to the
recommended speed as stated in the recipe.
• This appliance is equipped with Turbo mode. For short-time switch to maximum
speed, press Turbo button (6). Warning! Mixer’s operation in this mode should
not exceed one-minute period!
• To stop the appliance, turn the speed control switch (5) into “0” position and
unplug the mixer.
• Pushing the lock button on the back of tray, and raise up the hand mixer, so that
can separat the hand mixer from the base. (Fig.3)
