Connecting the GPS receiver to the
terminal
CAUTION
The plug of the terminal carries voltage. Damag-
es to the terminal may occur from a short-circuit.
Switch off the terminal before connecting the
connecting cable of the GPS receiver to it!
1. Switch off the terminal.
2. Route the connecting cable of the GPS re-
ceiver into the vehicle cabin.
3. Connect the connecting cable to the RS232
port on the terminal.

nection, refer to the HORSCH Terminal
TOUCH 800 operating instructions.
4. During initial starting it may take up to 30 min-
utes until the GPS receiver has reception.
For all other starts it will only take approx.
1 - 2 minutes.

receiver is provided in the HORSCH brief in-
structions GPS Setting.

Border nozzles
For the following nozzle body divisions, an ad-
ditional switchable electric or pneumatic border
nozzle is available as an option. It is integrated
in the folding boom and can be switched via the
terminal.

1-0 with multiple nozzle body manual 3-fold
•
1-0 with multiple nozzle body manual 5-fold

In case of electric control, the main nozzle of
the outermost nozzle body remains active.

In case of pneumatic control, the main nozzle
of the outermost nozzle body is automatically
disabled.
