Spraying line

The spraying line is made of stainless steel pipe.

Depending on the equipment, the sections are

controlled electrically or pneumatically.

The spraying line can be fitted with single or

multiple nozzle bodies. The spacing between

the nozzle bodies is 50 cm each.

Circulation system with electric nozzle

control

Due to the permanent circulation of the biocata-

lytic solution through the complete circulation

pipe, wash is constantly present at all section

valves while the crop protection sprayer is

switched off.

Wash is immediately available at the section

valves when switching on.

Even when switching on individual sections or

the entire spraying line for the first time, the

biocatalytic solution is quickly and well mixed

available.

The circulation successfully prevents the forma-

tion of deposits.
