3. Activation

Install the SMART HOME by hornbach app on your
smartphone or tablet.

Please enter your e-mail address (identical to your
customer account) and the password that you set
up beforehand.
c Now click on the plus symbol in the top right
corner.

Select the "Gateway" item to add a gateway.
e Now enter the 6-digit ID code that you pasted into
the field in item point 1a. Alternatively, you will also
find the ID code on the bottom of your gateway.

After you have entered the ID code, click on
"Activate" - done!
Note: You can also perform these steps via the
browser.

Now click on the plus symbol in the top
right corner.
b Click on the "Device" item and then on the
device you want to add.
c Now follow the instructions in the SMART
HOME by hornbach App or in the browser.
