Attachment of the electrode arm
1. Install the electrode arm from the top of the rod while
pressing the knob on the arm.
2. Put the stopper cap (FA-70S only).

Adjustment of the electrode arm

The electrode arm can be adjusted to the desired height
while pressing the knob.
Retain the electrode arm to release the knob.

For the long type rod, the rod length is elongated by
pressing and heightening the lever for slide.

Loosen the arm adjusting screw to adjust the horizontal
angle of the arm.
Note

When adjusting the angle of the arm, loosen the arm
adjusting screw. Otherwise it is afraid of breakage.

Tighten the arm adjusting screw after adjusting the angle of
the arm.

Attachment of the electrode
1. Insert the sensor holder into a groove for keeping the
electrode.
Note
For the electrode of F-50 series, the sensor holder is unused.
Attach the electrode to the sensor holder directly by sliding it to
the groove for keeping electrode.
2. Attach a electrode to the sensor holder.
3. Fix the lead wire to the clamp.

When the vertical movement of electrode arm is
not smooth
When the vertical movement of electrode arm is not smooth,
adjust the fixing by rotating the screw on the side of the elec-
trode arm.

Rotate the screw one click in the clockwise direction.
Clicky sound is audible.

Adjust the fixing while the electrode arm is attached to
the rod.
Note

Do not rotate the screw more than 3 clicks at a time.

Do not rotate the screw in the counterclockwise direction.
There is a possibility that arm fall into disrepair.
