2.3. Sleep mode settings

The " Sleep " screen allows to set the inactivity time from which the sleep mode is activated and
the screen contrast level during sleep mode.
In the " Syst. " tab:
1- Press " Sleep " radio button.
2- Press " Edit " button.
3- Use arrow buttons to decrease or increase " Inactivity time ". The inactivity time can be set
between 0 to 240 minutes (by 30 minute steps). " 30 " minutes is factory set by default.
4- Use arrow buttons to decrease or increase " Contrast ". The contrast can be set between 10 to 50
% (by 10 % steps). " 20 " % is factory set by default.
5- Press " OK " button.
2.4. Sound settings

The " Sound " screen allows to set alarm sound and when sounds will be emitted (cycle end, screen
key).
In the " Syst. " tab:
1- Press " Sound " radio button.
2- Press " Edit " button.
3- Set alarm sound (See Alarm sound settings, page 6-4 ).
4- Set sound emission (See Sound emission settings, page 6-4 ).
5- Press " OK " button.
Alarm sound settings
1- Check the " Alarms sound " check box.
2- In " Associated sound " list, use arrow buttons to select the sound type associated with alarms.
3- Press " Sound test " button to hear the selected sound ( Diag.6-5 ).
Sound emission settings
1- Check the " Enable for end of cycle " check box to activate/deactivate sound emission at the end
of a cycle. It is activated by default.
2- Check the " Enable for selected key " check box to activate/deactivate sound emission when a
screen key is pressed. It is activated by default.

During sleep mode, the analyser reduces the screen luminance.

The sleep mode does not stop cycles programmed or in progress.

To deactivate sleep mode, press touch screen.
