IMPORTANT
Adapting/adjusting the height of the roller bed to the appropriate type of
rack (station) with batteries requires changing the height of the roller bed,
the roller bed has an uplift range from 130mm to 260mm.
To reduce the height, turn the crank handle of the lifting mechanism
counterclockwise. To increase the height, turn the crank handle of the lifting
mechanism clockwise.
Note: It is recommended to adjust the height of the roller bed
without battery load.
3. Maintenance
All equipment must be inspected weekly and the results recorded.
The condition of the rollers, protection devices, guideways and buffers at
the ends of the tracks must be checked, and if any of the parts is worn or
damaged it must be replaced with a new part approved by Hoppecke
Batteries Polska Sp. z o.o.
The lifting mechanism should be greased gently (at least once a week)
with LT-43 lubricant, for guide bushings a manual greaser should be
used, the guide screw should be greased with a brush soaked in LT-43
lubricant.
