7.2.3 Standard Display with Additional Information
In the standard display further systemically significant information/conditions are displayed as
soon as they occur.

Active additional information automatically leads to the activation of the backlight.
Supplementary information is indicated alternating to the standard content of the display. Such
additional information include following details/conditions:
1. Announcement active (see

2. Sync Source ERROR active (see
Chapter 7.9 Sync Source ERROR
3. An Image-Update of Module 8029HEPTA is active
4. A H8-Update of the Sync Source is active

GENERAL ERROR
Should a failure occur within the system not ensuring a defined and safe operation of the Time
Server 8029HEPTA/GPS anymore this is indicated via the LCD-Display.
If there is an active GENERAL ERROR, the backlight is activated.
If such an error occurs it is recommended to disconnect the system from power for 30 seconds
and then turn it on and put it into operation again. If the failure occurs again after this process,
the system needs to be sent for repair or rather contact the
hopf

LAN Parameter
The 3 display pictures of the LAN parameter indicate essential information on the LAN
interface.
For more detailed information see
Chapter 8.3.2 NETWORK Tab
In the display picture LAN-Para-01 the currently valid values of the IP address, netmask and
gateway are shown and whether the values are statically assigned via the WebGUI or via
DHCP.
