SMART SPOT
The process to confi gure a SIM Card (APN Connection)
is quite similar, but the requested information is differs,
since it is in concordance with the confi guration of a SIM
Card:
• APN: This value is provided by the
telecommunications company which offers the SIM
Card.
• APN Enable: Defi nes if the confi guration must be
enabled or not.
• User: Optional: To be used if it is provided/required
by the telecommunications company.
• Secret: Optional: To be used if it is provided/required
by the telecommunications company.
• PIN: Optional: to be used if the SIM Card have the PIN
security method enabled.
New confi gured WiFi stations are applied directly without
the need of reboot the Smart Spot, but GPRS is just
initialized after the boot process, so restart the device will
be required after confi gure a new APN Connection.
