Descaler

IMPORTANT! Tap water contains minerals that can build up in your steam mop

therefore regular use of the descaling solution will remove this build up and restore

the efficiency of your steam mop. We recommend that the descaling solution is used

every 3 months to enhance the optimum performance of your steam mop.

1.  After cleaning, press the ON/OFF button to shut

down the steam mop and the indicator light will

turn off. Unplug the machine from mains supply,

put the machine upright against to the wall for

20 minutes until it cools off completely.

2.  Remove the mop pad.

NOTE: The mop pad may be dirty and hot.

It is safe to machine wash, then let it dry out

by itself.

3.  Empty any excess water in the water tank

into the sink, allow to air dry return to the

steam mop.

4.  Place the steam mop against a wall in an

upright position and make sure the steam

mop will not fall off. A protective pad should

be placed under the steam mop head to

prevent any damage to the floor.

Instructions for Use (in steam mop)

1.  Remove the water tank from the steam mop.
2.  Add 100ml of the descaling solution into the

water tank. Fill the rest of the tank with water.

3.  Re-fit the water tank back into the steam mop.
4.  Plug the steam mop into mains power supply

and switch on. The steam mop needs to run

(without the steam mop head attached) until the

water tank is empty. Please ensure this is done

in a well-ventilated area away from the floor.

5.  Once the water tank is empty, refill the tank with

water and re-run the steam mop again until the

water tank is empty. This will help flush out any

remaining mineral build up.

Clean-Up Descaling Solution

1.  The descaling solution comes equipped in an

easy to use chamber pack bottle  - ensuring

the right amount of solution to be used in your

steam mop every time.

2.  Remove the cap from the measuring chamber

(leaving the 2nd cap on the main bottle).

3.  Simply squeeze the main body of the bottle

and watch the solution rise up through the side

viewing strip up into the measuring chamber.

Continue to squeeze until there is 100ml of

solution in the chamber.

4.  Pour the 100ml descaling solution straight into

the water tank on your steam mop.

5.  Replace the cap on the measuring chamber on

the descaling solution bottle.
