Chef Panel
All ovens with this technology boast a function

sector. The Chef Panel is an air conveyor that
increases air circulation inside the oven. This
a l l o ws fo r a n i n c re a s e i n o ve n co o k i n g
performance, more standard cooking of food at
all temperatures, shorter cooking times and,
lastly, a uniform temperature distribution inside
the oven.
