Fixed suction control 

1.    Insert the power plug into the mains power supply.
2.    Press the power on/off button to turn the vacuum cleaner “on”.
3.    To rewind the power cable, press the power on/off button to 

turn the vacuum cleaner “off”, then the cable rewind button with 
one hand and guide the cable with the other hand to ensure 
that it does not whip causing damage or injury.

Motor thermostat added
IMPORTANT! This motor is equipped with a motor protective thermostat. If 

for some reason the vacuum cleaner should overheat, the thermostat will 

automatically turn the unit off. Should this occur unplug the vacuum cleaner 

from the mains power supply and turn off switch. Remove dust cup and 

empty. Clean the filter. Allow the unit to cool for approximately 1 hour. 

To restart, replug into mains power supply and turn switch back on.

Emptying the dust canister

Always operate the cleaner with the dust canister 
correctly installed. Ensure the filter is correctly 
installed when the cleaner is in use to prevent 
any damage to the cleaner.

1.    Press the dust bin release button at the 

bottom of the handle.

Before using, unwind a sufficient length of cable and insert the plug into the power socket. A yellow mark 
on the power cable shows the ideal cable length. Do not extend the cable beyond the blue mark.

WARNING! Always remove the plug from the power socket before fitting or  

removing accessories.

Assembling the vacuum cleaner

Instructions for Use

1.  Fitting or removing the hose
 

a.    To fit the hose, insert into the hose inlet at the front of the 

cleaner. Press until it clicks into position.

 

b.    To remove the hose, squeeze the end of the hose and 

gently pull from the inlet.

2  Fitting the telescopic tube, accessories and Gulper Floor Tool.
 

a.   To fit the telescopic tube to the handle, gently insert the 

end of the handle into the top of the telescopic tube.

 

b.   To fit the Gulper Floor Tool to the telescopic tube, gently 

insert the telescopic tube into the top of the Gulper Floor 
Tool as shown.
