System Files and Associated Rapid Eye Settings

Table 8-1

lists the different system files that can be downloaded and the configuration

settings on the Rapid Eye unit that each file is associated with.

Downloading a File from a Multi-Media Unit

Continue or start a

Maintenance Session

for the Rapid Eye site.

Click the System Files tab (see

Figure 8-4

Select a system file in the System Files list. For example, select system.log (see

Logging System Messages

, page

). Only one file can be selected at a time.

Click Download. A Receive file from Remote Site dialog box appears.

Specify the location where you want to download the file to. You also have the option
of renaming the file.

Click Save. A copy of the file is sent from the Multi-Media unit to the location specified
in

step 5

Use a text editor or word processor to view the contents of the file.
