• Air purifier should be turned OFF, and unplugged prior to replacing filters.
• Remove the rear grille from the air purifier by pushing down on the
release tab at the top of the rear grille and pulling the grille away from
the unit (Fig 8).
• Remove protective wrap from filter(s).
• Note the arrows on the filter frame – snap new filters into place with the
arrows facing toward the unit. Install bottom filter first, then top filter. Filters
must snap in place in order for the unit to operate properly.
• Re-install the rear grille by inserting the lower tab of the grille into the tab
slot near the bottom of the air purifier. Push the top into place until you hear
a “snap” (Fig 9).
• Plug unit back in. Reset filter light by pressing down on on the “Filters”
button for 5 seconds. The LED light will turn from red to green. Unit is ready
for use.

The pre-filter helps pick up large airborne particles that
enter the rear grille. This pre-filter can be periodically
removed and shaken to clean it. Alternatively, it can be
rinsed by hand under warm water (Fig. 10). Let the pre-
filter air dry completely before inserting back into the unit
(Fig. 11). If you need to replace this item, please call

OPTIONAL: Changing the Odor Absorbing Pre-Filter
If you have chosen to use the odor absorbing
Plus
pre-filter that came with your air
purifier, it will lose its effectiveness for odor adsorption over time and will need to
be replaced.

If using the odo r absorbing filter, it is recommended that you store the original
washable pre-filter in the event that you decide to use it in the future.
To insert it into the unit, simply place securely into the rear grille in lieu of the
standard pre-filter as shown in figure 11.
NOTE: The odor absorbing pre-filter is not washable.
