Connect Remote Access Gateway to power
Connect Gateway to home internet router
Bind Gateway to wireless Thermostat
Put Gateway into BIND
mode by pressing BIND
button on base
Send BIND signal by pressing
BIND button again
Thermostat will display binding confirmation
+ signal strength (5 = good signal) for a few
seconds before returning to normal operation
LED on Gateway should turn

Bind the Room Thermostat to
the Remote access kit by following
the installer instructions – it’s a
simple two button procedure.

Visit the
https://mytotalconnectcomfort.
com/portal
- create an account
for the household – you will need
the MAC & CRC codes from
the base of the modem.
9.
Download the Honeywell TCC App
and follow the instructions
for entering the account info.
10.
Provide a simple walk through of
the product to the customer. Stress
that it doesn’t need the internet
to make it work - Point out you can
do time and temperature scheduling
from the App.
