This field defines how many degrees below the set point the heat will turn
on, and how many degrees above the set point the heat will turn off. These
values also define the swing of the air conditioner operation.

Announce the Thermostat #1 Temperature

0 – Do not announce thermostat #1 Temperature
1 – Announce thermostat #1 temperature as part of the status report.
This is recommended that this field be programmed to enable announcement
of ambient temperature so that premise temperature can be monitored when
user is away.
