of numbers and letters located on the sidewall
of the tire.

This indicates that the tire meets all
requirements of the U.S. Department
of Transportation.

XXXX: Tire type code
c
22 09: Date of manufacture (week & year).
Example: week 22 in year 09.
Air Cleaner
This scooter is equipped with a viscous type air
cleaner element which cannot be cleaned with
compressed air or otherwise without degrading
its performance.
If the filter becomes dirty, replace it with a new
one.
