4. Connect the tube to the spray tin and the jig
tool.
Make sure the tube is fully inserted in both
the jig and spray nozzle.
5. Apply 2 short burst of lubricant through the
applicator jig.

Approximately a half second burst each.
(1.75ml). One full depression of nozzle
and release, equals 1 short burst.
6. Now rotate the jig from the rear of the
damper and position it facing the front of the
vehicle, as shown in 1a below.
7. Connect the tube to the spray tin and the jig
tool as 1b.
8. Again apply 2 short bursts of lubricant
through applicator jig.
