SEAT

The seat must be removed for air cleaner
and fuse maintenance, to remove the right

side cover, or to access the tool kit, first aid

kit and owner’s manual.
Removal:
1.

Insert the ignition key (1) into the seat

lock (2) and turn it clockwise.

Pull the seat lock lever (3) downward.

Pull the seat (4) back and up.

Installation:
1.

Align the front prongs (5) under the

front of the seat with the recess (6)

under the frame cross member, and

locating the rear prongs (7) on the

bottom of the seat with the hooks (8)

on the frame.

Slide the seat into position and push

down on the rear of the seat.

3. Turn the ignition key counterclockwise

and remove the key.

Be sure the seat is locked securely in
position after installation.
