Servicing Your Honda

Disconnect the negative (

) terminal

lead ( ) from the battery first.
Disconnect the positive (

) terminal

lead ( ).
Pull the battery ( ) out of the battery
box.

The battery is located in the battery box
below the seat.

Remove the ECM (1).
Remove the battery cover (2) by
removing the three screws (3).
