Remove the two thumbwheel screws, washers, and
bracket from the rear plate. Slide the rear plate onto
the bicycle attachment.

Insert the wheel strap into the tire adapter. Slide the
wheel strap onto the end of the bicycle attachment.
Install the other wheel strap on the other end of the
attachment in the same way. Make sure that both
wheel straps are facing the same way.
