Instructions for Use
T
o reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. DO
NOT change the plug in any way.
1. This unit is powered by and comes equipped with a UL approved cord.
ALWAYS make sure the unit is set to the “OFF” position before inserting
the plug into a 120-volt electrical outlet.

Massage:
To activate Massage function, slide the bottom switch
to “LO” or “HI”.

M Heat:
Once Massage function is on, slide the top switch to
“HEAT ON” to activate Heat.
NOTE:
The Heat function can only be activated when the Massage
function is in use.
NOTE:
When the Heat function is turned on, heat will be activated on
both sides of the massager.
NOTE:
Only the metal Thermal Heat massage attachment shoud be
used when the Heat function has been activated.
