Battery Information

Your scale has one lithium battery installed that will provide a long life of operation

when used in a typical household.

Low Battery

This scale is equipped with a low battery indicator. Replace the battery when “         ” is

displayed or readings grow dim or become irregular.

Battery Replacement

1.  Use 1 x CR2032 lithium battery only.

2.  Open the battery cover on the back of the scale pushing the tab in the direction of

the “open” arrow. If a screw or other fastener is securing the battery door, please

  remove first.

3.  Insert a small screwdriver into the slot holding bracket and carefully

pry up the battery until it pops out.

4.  Place the new battery with the “+” sign up on an angle with one side under the tab

opposite the holding bracket and push down.

5.  Close the battery cover. Be sure it clicks shut. Replace any screws or fasteners to

secure the battery door.

BATTERY PRECAUTIONS
