• By pressing the ADJUST button,
you can toggle through the following
information:
> WALK or RUN: STEPS TAKEN is on
the middle line, and EXERCISE TIME
is on the bottom line.
> % OF GOAL COMPLETED: How
much of your daily goal you have
accomplished during the current day.
STEPS TAKEN will be on the bottom
line.
> KCAL: CALORIES BURNED is on the
middle line, and STEPS TAKEN is on
the bottom line.
