Instructions for Use
To reduce the risk of electrocution, this appliance is equipped with a polarized plug
(one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in
any way.
• Plug into 120-volt outlet.
• To activate Massage, slide the gray switch up towards the massage head. The first
position (I) is Low intensity and the second position (II) is High intensity.
• To activate Massage with Heat, first activate Massage as noted above and then
press the red Heat button.
NOTE:
• The Heat function can only be activated when the massage
function is in use.
• Apply the massager lightly to the area you wish to massage. Massage the area for
a short period of time and move to another area. Never massage the same spot for
longer than 3 minutes.
CAUTION
- as stated in the “IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS”
section of this manual, never use this appliance near the eyes or other sensitive
areas.
• Operation of longer than 20 minutes is not recommended and may cause over-
heating to the massager.
