Attaching the mounting plate
to the electrical box
Hanging the fan from the
mounting plate

Pass the 120-volt supply wires through the center
hole in the mounting plate (A).

Attach the mounting plate (A) to the outlet box (not
included) by sliding the mounting plate (A) over the
screws provided with the outlet box. Make sure the
spring of the spring locking mechanism (II) is against
the edge of the screw. Ensure the mounting plate (A)
is tight and secured.
MOUNTING PLATE REMOVAL:

In the event that the mounting plate need to be
removed, loosen the screws provided with the outlet
box (Do not remove), Press down the spring locking
mechanism (II) then slide the mounting plate (A) to
detach from the outlet box.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or
other personal injury, mount the fan only to an outlet box or
supporting system marked acceptable for fan support and
use the mounting screws provided with the outlet box.

Carefully lift the fan motor assembly (B) and insert
the T section of the mounting bar (JJ) into the slot in
the mounting plate (A).
