MAINTENANCE & WASH
SUGGESTIONS
• Please unplug the humidifier before washing or cleaning.
• Wash the water tank with mild, soaped water once every two (2) weeks for optimal performance and to avoid damage
to the humidifier.
Wipe the body surface of the humidifier with a water-dampened cloth. Do not pour water directly onto the humidifier.
1. Remove the water tank from the humidifier.
2. If there is dirt in the gutter, remove the dirt with the brush provided, and then rinse the gutter with water.
NOTE:
For optimal performance, clean the water channel every time you fill the humidifier water tank.
1. Remove the tank from the humidifier, drain the remaining water out of the water tank.
2. Add one third of the recommended water to the tank, screw the tank cover on, shake the tank with the water, and
pour out the water. Alternating you may dip a brush or cloth into the tank to clean, wash and rinse again.
3. Add potable water to the water tank and put the water tank back onto the humidifier.
WARNING:
• When washing the humidifier, avoid splashing water into the inner or spare parts of the humidifier to
prevent damage.
• Do not take apart the humidifier.
• Use humidifier with distilled water only.
• Clean the transducer (circular disk), tank, and main body of the humidifier weekly.
• Replace water in the humidifier frequently.
• Do not remove the water tank once it has been set in it’s position, unless to refill the water.
• Whenever you need to pour water out of the water trough, unscrew it from the bottom of the main body (the outlet)
of the humidifier, then let the water flow out.
• Keep the tank and gutter dry if the humidifier is unused for a long period of time.
• Dry all parts of humidifier before storage.
• Do not to touch the transducer (circular disk) with hard objects. Clean the transducer (circular disk) with a wet a
cloth; filtered water works best.
