GUIDE TO BLENDING
PROBlEM SOlVING

1. Motor or blades do not run.
Check whether the plug is plugged into an electrical socket properly.
The safety blocking is activated. See the section on the safety blocking.
2. Content is lumpy or insufficiently fragmented.
This happens when there is too much food in a jar. Share the amount in multiple stages
for blending. This happens when the food pieces in a jar are too big. Grind them. For best
results, the pieces should not be larger than 2 cm.
3. Ingredients are too fragmented, or the content is too liquid.
Blend at shorter intervals. It is the best to use the Pulse function.
4. Ingredients stick to the blades and the wall of the jar.
The mixture is too thick. Add liquid, and then continue with the Pulse function or speed 1.
5. The blender has suddenly stopped working.
The safety blocking is activated. See the section on the safety blocking.
Reduce the amount of ingredients in a jar or chop pieces at maximum of 2 cm.
