This product contains (1)1.2V AA 600mAH Ni-MH rechargeable battery. When the
battery expires, it must be recycled or disposed of properly. Please contact your
local waste disposal authority for correct procedure. Do not put battery into fire.
1.
Twist the Plastic Lens (Part B) and remove it from the Solar Panel Unit (Part A).
2.
Open the battery chamber cover on the bottom of solar panel unit (Part A).
3.
Replace the old battery with a new battery making sure the polarity is correct.
4.
Reposition the battery cover tightly

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
• Gently remove all parts from the package and lay them out on a smooth surface.
• Twist the Plastic Lens (Part B) and remove it from the Solar Panel Unit (Part A).
• Pull out the isolated tag which is on the bottom of the Solar Panel Unit (Part A )
• Align the tab on the top of the Plastic Housing (Part B & C) into the slot on the
bottom of the Solar Panel Unit (Part A). Then clockwise twist the Solar Panel Unit
(Part
A)
to
tighten.

• Select the appropriate size of post adapter to use. These lights are designed to
fit post sizes of 3.5", 4", 4.5" or 5". Each package comes with Post Adapters to fit
3.5" ,4" and 4.5" posts.
• For 5" post, mount post cap directly unto a post without any adapter. For post
sizes of 3.5", 4" and 4.5", you need to choose the suitable adapter to attach .
Secure the light onto the post by inserting the 2 Screws into the post cap as
shown in Figure 2.
Note: Lights with crystalline panels may have a protective film over the solar panel.
This must be removed prior to use.
