With the Wireless digital door chime, wireless
transmission of a signal can take place from the
transmitter to the receiver. After receiving the
signal, the receiver will emit a visual and/or acou-
stic signal. The transmission of the signal takes
place in the form of radio waves. “Visual contact”
between the transmitter and the receiver is there-
fore not necessary.
Safety instructions
Before you start ...
• Never recharge batteries! Explosion hazard!
• Keep batteries away from children, do not throw
into fire, short circuit or dismantle.
• Immediately contact a doctor, if a battery is
swallowed.
• Pay attention to the correct polarity when inser-
ting batteries.
• Clean battery and device contacts prior to insertion,
if required.
• Immediately remove depleted batteries from the
device! Increased risk of leakage!
• Never expose batteries to excessive heat, such as
from sunshine, radiators or similar. Increased risk of
leakage!
• If this is not observed batteries can be discharged
beyond their maximum voltage and leak! Immedi-
ately remove batteries, in order to avoid damage.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous
membranes.
In case of contact with battery acid, immediately
rinse the affected area with plenty of clean water
and contact a doctor immediately.
• Always replace all batteries at the same time.
• Only use batteries of the same type, do not use
different types or used and new batteries together.
• In case of longer disuse, remove the batteries from
the device.
