Combining the middle crossbar and molding
NOTE: The middle crossbar (P) and middle stiles (N and O) are designed to be reversible so that you can choose the same finish as the
whole unit or achieve slate surround for the fireplace insert. Refer to the dowel assembling guide drawing in this step for further
clarification on how to properly glue in the wooden dowels. Apply this method whenever instructed to install wood dowels.

Based on the configuration you prefer, align and attach the middle crossbar (P) to the middle crossbar molding (Q) with two wood
dowels (CC) and four medium wood screws (EE) as shown.

Attaching the middle crossbar assembly

Align and attach the center crossbar assembly to the center shelf (B) with two wood dowels (CC) and three long wood screws (DD).
