Applying Blood Sample to the Easy Trak Test Strip

1.

Obtain a blood sample from finger using the lancing

device. (see lancing device insert for detail instructions)

2.

After obtaining a blood sample, place the drop on to the

test well of the

Easy Trak II

Test Strip. Blood

is

automatically drawn into the

Easy Trak II

Test Strip.

3.

As soon as enough blood has filled the confirmation

window of the Test Strip, the

Easy Trak II

Meter will

begin counting down.
