Notices before exercise
1. Please read the instructions carefully before use;
2. Warm-up exercise should be done before use. Please use according to your physical
and physical condition. Do not overuse;
3. The supine board should be placed on a flat and stable ground. This machine has
adopted a foot cover that is super-slip and does not hurt the floor. If you feel it is neces-
sary, you can also put a protective pad under the product;
4. Please check the product carefully before each use. Do not use it in loose clothing. It
has been prevented from being hooked by parts. If there is any abnormality, please adjust
it before use;
5. This unit is for people 12 years of age or older, otherwise it should be used under adult
care;
6. The maximum safety limit of this machine is 120KG.
