Operation instruction: When start the treadmill, press the “+”, “-” buttons to adjust the speed by
0.1km each time.

：
Turn off/on display in standby mode
Operation instruction: In standby mode,press the button to turn off the display and enter the
sleep mode,then press the button to turn on the display.

When the treadmill stops running, it will go to sleep without any operation for more than 10
minutes.
