Operation
At first, put the RCD and MCB switch on “OFF” position, then insert the input plug into the power.
And then to check the function of the RCD, the compliance is checked by the following test: Open
the clear door of the assembly that without any load, and put the RCD switch on “ON” position,
then push the test button on the RCD, RCD shall operate immediately, and the switch jump to the
“OFF” position. Re-do the test 2 or 3 times without any unconventionality, the RCD shall be OK
for use. If RCD has “restoration” button, after RCD cut off automatic, the user shall push the
“restoration” button to recover the function. Otherwise, the RCD shall be no good for use, shall
inform the local agent for replacing or repairing by technician with professional certificate.
Putting the bus-switch and sub-switches on the assembly and loading circuit control switches on
“OFF” position, and insert the plug of load device into the right socket on the assembly, and then
turn on the bus-switch (RCD) and sub-switches (MCB), and now the plug of load device is a live
part, the user can operate the switch on the loading device to control the device operation.
Several problems shall be noticed when inserting the plug:
When the assembly linked with load device, the total current in each circuits shall not
exceed the rated current of the assembly, in other words, the assembly input plug shall
undertake the rated operating current. Similarly, operating current on each socket circuit
shall be not exceed the rated current of the socket and MCB, otherwise, it will result in
overloading, temperature rising even shot circuit and fire hazard.
Effective value of the input linking power voltage shall not exceed the rated voltage of the
input plug on the assembly.
On general condition, the assembly can assemble into different type and poles socket-
outlets. And only when complied with requirement, the assembly can link with more than
one load at the same time.
The plug on the load shall meet with the output socket on the assembly, and can not
inserting constrainedly resulting in damage.
In order to avoid pollution, the clear door on the assembly shall be close after operation.
Several problems shall be noticed when pull out the plug:
During power linking with the load device, shall not pull out the plug. Before pulling out
the plug shall cut off the load device power link, including cutting off the switch of the RCD
and MCB. In other words, do not pull out the live plug.
Before pulling out the plug shall cut off the circuit control switch, MCB on socket sub-
circuit, or and bus-switch (RCD) of the assembly. And inserting a load device plug with
power off when use is necessary.
After using of the assembly, shall cut of each switches in turns and pull out the plug of
load device according to the requirement and then pull out the input plug and keep the
assembly in dry and safe.
During usage, the user shall check the RCD protection function periodical. For the first use,
or for using after keep a long time, shall check the RCD protection function for safety.
