13.3 Assembly
 Place the column on the base so that the
holes coincide with the thread holes.
 Fix the column with the screws.
 Mount table and height adjustment lever.
 Place the machine head on the column and
fix it with hexagon socket head screws (a).
 Screw on spindle travel handles.
 Push the spindle guard through the switch
housing.
 Fix with hexagon socket screw and washer.
 Install the chuck.
 Degrease all parts.
 Open the jaws completely
 Use a rubber hammer to secure the drill
chuck with a careful stroke.
 To remove the chuck move the spindle down
until the ejector slot is visible.
 Insert the ejector wedge into the slot and
strike it with a hammer to drive out the
chuck.
