Do not let the hose roll in by itself - you might endanger surrounding persons, damage
the reel and the casing and other objects.

HOLZMANN Maschinen grants 1 year of guarantee onto material and fabrication de-
fects. This guarantee does not affect your legal warranty rights valid in the country of
the product purchase. HOLZMANN Maschinen is not liable for any damage of the ma-
chine and its components caused by inappropriate handling and/or insufficient upkeep
and maintenance.
Turn off the pressure air supply before attempting to roll in the hose!
After usage you should always roll up the hose entirely for several reasons:
The retract spring should not be kept under tension unnecessarily. Letting the hose lying
on the floor exposes it unnecessarily to damage potential. The aim of this tool is too
keep your workshop tidy and safe and without hoses lying around on the floor etc.
Long exposition of the rubber hose will affect the flexibility and durability of the hose.
The same applies to long exposition to very cold temperatures (below 0° C).
Do not expose the hose to aggressive chemicals.
Do not roll in the rubber hose in a wet condition. This will lead to corrossion of the inner
tool parts like the ratchet system and spring.
If the retracting mechanism does not function anymore:
Happens often when the hose is unrolled for a long time and the spring is therefore con-
stantly under tension. After a certain time the spring tension decrases.
To readjust the spring tension remove first the case cover. Fix the head of the spring,
pull the spring a bit out, turn the spring 1-2 revolutions to increase the tension and lay
it in again. remount the cover.
Do not dispose in the household waste! Ask your local authorities for environmentally
sound disposal possibilities.
