9.2 Security instructions
To avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury following instructions MUST be observed:
 Safety must be observed and regularly inspected for completeness!
 Warning signs and / or labels on the machine which have been removed must be
replaced immediately!
D A N G E R
Unauthorised modifications and tampering with the machine immediately invalidate all
warranty and compensation claims.
Workspace and floor holding around the machine clean and free of oil, grease and material
residues!
Operating the machine only when lighting is adequate, after dusk, you should no longer work.
With fatigue, lack of concentration or under medication, alcohol or drugs that work is prohibited
with the machine!
When working on the machine suitable protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing
protection, ...) wear!
Sanding dust may contain chemical substances that have a negative impact on personal health.
Work on the machine only in a well ventilated area and with appropriate dust mask perform!
Before carrying out maintenance or adjustment work the machine must be
disconnected from the power supply! Off the main switch before disconnecting the
power supply (OFF).
Use the power cord never for transportation or manipulation of the machine!
9.3 Safety devices
 Impeccable use undamaged wheels.
9.4 Residual risks
Also in compliance with all safety regulations and if used properly following residual risks are
noted:
 Risk of injury for hands / fingers during operation.
These risks can be minimized if all safety regulations are applied, the machine is properly
maintained and cared for and the machine as intended and serviced by a trained service
professional. In spite of all safety devices is and remains their healthy common sense and your
corresponding technical qualification / training on the operation of a machine as the tool grinding
machine UWS 3 of the most important safety factor!
NOT IN OPERATION TO THE GRINDING WHEEL REACH !
Pay attention to the rotating grinding wheel and workpiece during operation.
