When the working piece is found to be loosed, or fly out, or the sand wheel is found to be
damaged, stop the machine immediately to prevent accident.

If the machine is not in use for more than one month in a wet season, the electrical parts
should be inspected before using. First, let the motor run idle for half an hour at the 1/3 of
the specified voltage to eliminate the moisture if necessary. And then the machine can be run
at full voltage.

When changing the bearings of the grinding head spindle the consumer should measure the
inner and outer axle positions of the bearing sex and adjust the length difference of inner and
outer sleeve accordingly. If the consumer cannot adjust it. Change the inner and outer sleeve
and then change the bearings.
