Mount cross braces
NOTE: The middle legs can be fixed at different
positions depending on the layout, but must be the
same for both sides.
Use crosshead screws M6×12 with washer 6 mm and
nut to mount the cross braces (4, 6).

Mount the cross bracing 6 hole (4) on 3 pairs of legs
(5).
 Mount the cross brace 8 hole (6) diagonally on the
same pairs of legs M6 (7).
 At the overlap of the cross brace (8) use the hex
screw M6×35, a washer 6 mm and a nut M6.

Repeat this procedure on the opposite side.
NOTE: Tighten all nuts firmly.
OPERATION
N O T E

Observe the safety instructions of the used sawing device.

Watch out for moving or falling parts of the log during the sawing process!

Make sure that the log is fixed with the serrated parts of the sawhorse as far as
possible.
 Place the sawhorse on a level surface.
 Adjustments to the workpiece/log size by adjusting the angular position of the feet by
loosening and then fixing the screws (2) and (3) to the respective position.
CAUTION: Inspect that all screws are tighten and in position before using the product.

Place the log on it.
 Make sure that the saw has a safe distance from the sawhorse during the cutting process.
 Process the log with the saw.
CLEANING, STORAGE, DISPOSAL
13.1 Cleaning
Regular cleaning guarantees the long service life of your product and is a prerequisite for its safe
operation.

Remove chips and dirt particles from the product after each use.
13.2 Storage
Store the folded product in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place when not in use. Make sure that
unauthorised persons and especially children do not have access to the product.
To fold, remove the screw in the slotted hole (1) on the
feet.
13.3 Disposal
Observe the national waste disposal regulations. Never dispose of the product,
product components or operating equipment in the residual waste. If necessary,
contact your local authorities for information regarding available disposal options. If
you purchase a new product or equivalent equipment from your specialist dealer, he
is obliged in certain countries to dispose of your old product properly.
