13.3.3
Bevelling of edges
To make a bevel cut as shown in the illustration,
align the "V" groove in the front edge with the edge
of the workpiece and plane it.
13.3.4
Planing on frame
1.
Modify to frame-setup
2.
First place the workpiece on the pick-up table
(adjustable table) without the planing knives
coming into contact.
3.
Switch on the machine and wait until the planing
shaft has reached full speed.
4.
then carefully move the workpiece forwards.
W A R N I N G
Danger of contact with planing shaft:
Only workpieces with sufficient dimensions
(width >110mm) and a thickness > 50mm
are allowed to be machined. The workpiece
may only be guided with a flat hand.

After working process
N O T I C E
After the working process the machine must be turned off:
•
Switch off the machine
•
Do not lay down the machine until the planer shaft has come to a standstill.
(avoidance of damage to the workpiece and the planing knife)
•
disconnect the plug so the machine is disconnected from the power supply

Cleaning
N O T E
Wrong cleaning agents can attack the varnish of the machine. Do not use solvents,
nitro thinners, or other cleaning agents that could damage the machine's paint.
Observe the information and instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturer!
Prepare the surfaces and lubricate the bare machine parts with an acid-free lubricating oil.
Regular cleaning is a prerequisite for a safe operation of the machine and its long lifetime.
Therefore, clean the machine after each use, at least once a week.
