ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR

Please make sure that the following parts for your torchiere are enclosed:
1. Torchiere
2. Glass shade
3. Glass shield
4. Bulb: 100 Watt G9 Halogen Bulb by Bulbrite Industries
Order Code: 9250*100-HPNCL
Install the Bulb
Be sure that the lamp is turned off and unplugged prior to
installation.
Install the new bulb (G), being careful not to touch the bulb
envelope with your bare hands. Insert the bulb into the socket
and push down to seat it in the socket.
Note of Caution:
The recommended replacement bulb
for this fixture is the 100 Watt G9 Halopin bulb. Use of other
brands of unknown quality may cause a risk of overheating.
Install the Glass Shade (Diagram A)
Once the bulb is installed, the glass shade (F) can be installed.
1. Remove the parts listed below from the lamp (located on each of
the two prongs on the top of the lamp) :
•
Screw (A)
•
Silicone Ring (C)
•
Knurled Nut (D) and
•
Washer (E).
2. Place the Glass Shade (F) onto the lamp. Slide a washer (E) over
each of the stems (H) and secure in place with a knurled nut (D).
3. Prepare the glass shield (B) by placing a screw (A) in each of the
holes provided. Slide a small silicone ring (C) over each screw to
hold in place. Place the glass shield over the fixture shiny side up.
4. Align the screws (A) in the glass shield with the stem of the lamp and
screw into place. Do not overtighten.
Replace the Fuse
An integrated fuse to protect the dimming
circuit can be found in the base of the
lamp. Please check the fuse first, in case
the lamp does not come on. A four (4) Amp
replacement fuse can be found at any
hardware store or Radio Shack store.
