This section describes how to unpack and set up the server.
3.1.1 Required Tools and Materials
In addition to this manual and a standard hand tool set, you will need:
•
Laptop and network cable (or monitor, keyboard, and mouse)
•
Hologic service password for access to the Cenova Control Panel. The password is
provided to everyone who completes Hologic’s service training.
Note
The Windows sign-in password is the same as the Cenova Control Panel
password.

Access to the online Installation Report
•
Digital Pre-Installation Form
At a minimum, you will also need the following information from the clinic network
administrator:
•
IP address, DNS server information, subnet mask, and default gateway for the
server.
•
IP addresses, AE titles, and TCP/IP ports of all DICOM devices with which the server
communicates.
•
IP address for a printer. (Configuring a printer is optional and only necessary if the
clinic wants paper printouts of the ImageChecker CAD (2D) results.)
Important
Use Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or later to display the Cenova Control
Panel. The Control Panel is not supported by other browsers. If using Internet
Explorer 9 or later, you must run Internet Explorer in compatibility view.
