USER’S MANUAL
TURBO GAS BURNER HT2C502
Thank you for purchasing our product. Manufactured to a high standard, this
product will, if used according to these
instructions, and properly maintained, give you years of trouble free per-
formance.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The gas burner is designed for professional use for work such as soft and
hard soldering, galvanizing or welding. It is supplied with propane gas or
MAPP technical gas mixture with self-sealing threaded connection accor-
ding to EN 417. The supplier shall not be liable for damages resulting from
failure to observe the safety regulations and recommendations of this ma-
nual.
Important: Before use, read the instructions for use carefully to familiari-
se yourself with the appliance and how to connect it to the gas container.
Keep this manual for future reference.
GENERAL SAFETY CONDITIONS
It is within the scope of the owner and user’s responsibility to read, under-
stand and follow these rules:

Please read this manual carefully. Please pay spe-
cial attention to the requirements of safe use, warnings and noti-
ces. Use the product correctly and with care for the purposes for which it is intended. Failure to do so may cause damage
and/or harm to health and will void the warranty. Please keep this manual in a safe place for further use. When passing the
device on to another person, also give them the user manual.
• Please use the device only for the purpose intended for the device.
• Please keep the device away from heat, direct sunlight, moisture (under no circumstances immerse in liquid substances) and sharp
edges. Do not operate the device with wet hands.
• Do not leave the device running unattended. Always switch off the unit before leaving the room.
• Check the device regularly for any faults. In case of damage, stop using the device.
• For the safety of children, please do not leave any freely accessible parts of the packaging (plastic bags, cartons, polystyrene, etc.).

Don’t let the kids play with the foil. Danger of suffocation!
This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or skills,
unless such persons are accompanied and supervised by persons responsible for their safety or have received precise instructions
for the device usage and understand the risks involved. Children may only use this device if they are over 8 years old and under the
supervision of a person responsible for their safety or if they have received instructions for use of this device and understand the risks
involved. Children cannot play with this device.

The burner is complete and does not require installation. The equipment does not include gas containers.

SAFETY CONDITIONS
The burner may only be used with disposable containers containing technical propane gas or MAPP gas with self-sealing threaded
connection. Gas containers must comply with EN 417. Trying to connect other types of gas containers can be dangerous.
Always read the user’s manual before connecting the gas container.
The burner is delivered complete and adjusted by the factory. Do not make any changes to the design or settings of the device. Each
time before using or installing a new gas container, check that the seals are in good condition and correctly positioned. In case of
defects or faults, do not use the burner. In accordance with national requirements concerning the supply of combustion air and the
avoidance of dangerous accumulation of unburned gases, burners should be used only in well ventilated places. Do not use the burner
near fl ammable materials. Never point the fl ame at people or animals. In the event of a leak (a smell of gas), the burner must be
immediately switched off by turning the control knob clockwise and immediately taken outside to a well-ventilated place where the
leak can be located and removed.
If it is necessary to send the device to the manufacturer or service, the gas container must be dismantled and then the burner must
be properly packed.
