- The data in the account such as Total Cerebo Pro, Total
Devices, Total Floors, Total Rooms, etc. are stored as backup.
8.4 RESETTING INFORMATION
Network reset (Using reset button)
- Connect your controller to a power supply.

Press and hold the reset button until 3 Seconds , LED Flow as
below, Power LED → Internet → Service → Zigbee then
Release. Cerebo Pro will go to recovery mode, Once the
internet LED starts blinking, means network reset option
selected. You can change the option by clicking the Reset
button once.
- Long press the reset button until LED stop blinking to confirm
the option.
- Wait until Cerebo Pro Reboots.
Reconfigure the Cerebo Pro to new network.
- Go to APP → Settings → Info HC-→ setup → Change network
Continue the configuration steps as follow.
- Wait for 15 sec and click on “Next” and again “Next”.
- It will redirect you to the Wi-Fi Settings page, connect to the
Cerebo Pro Hotspot.
