Mango ice cream
Ingredients:
Mango: 2 pcs (approx. 70 g)
Milk: 70 ml
Whipping cream: 40 ml
White sugar: 20 g
Important:
Place the freeze cup in the freezer for at
least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
How to prepare:
Mash the mango.
Stir light cream until it has a sticky
consistency.
Mix the mashed mango, milk, light cream
and sugar. Then put in the refrigerator and
cool to 5-10°C.
Turn on the appliance and place the mixed
ingredients in it.
Matcha & raisins ice cream
Ingredients:
Egg yolk: 1/2
Milk: 105 ml
Whipping cream: 40 ml
White sugar: 20 g
Matcha powder: 5 g
Raisins: several pieces
Important:
Place the freeze cup in the freezer for at
least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
How to prepare:
Heat up the milk to 60°C.
Mix the egg yolk and sugar until the sugar
is melted. Mix with warm milk and bring to
the boil. Then cool to 5°C.
Stir light cream until it has a sticky
consistency.
Mix all the ingredients. Then put in the
refrigerator and cool to 5-10°C.
Turn on the appliance and place the mixed
ingredients in it.
