PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The product will not turn on.
There is no water mist.
The power cord is not
properly connected to
the mains.
Reconnect the power cord
securely to the mains.
The humidity level
control knob is at the
power-off position.
Rotate the knob clockwise.
The Power-On LED is red,
there is air coming from the
water mist outlet, but no
water mist is present.
The water tank is empty. Refill with water.
There is a bad smell coming
from the product.
The air humidifier is
used for the first time.
Leave the water tank open
and away from sunlight
for 12 hours.
The product was left
unused for too long with
water in the water tank.
Clean the water tank and
refill it with clean water.
The Power-On LED is on.
There is no air or water mist
coming from the outlet.
There is too much water
in the water treatment
chamber in the base.
Drain the water from the
base and refit the water
filler plug.
The product is noisy.
The water tank level is
too low.
Refill with water.
The surface on which
the air humidifier is used
is vibrating.
Place the product on
a firm surface.
9. CLEANING AND STORAGE
• Thorough and regular cleaning of the product ensures your safety and extends the
product life.
Warning! Before cleaning and maintaining the product, turn it off and unplug it from
the mains to avoid electric shock.
Caution! Clean the product once a week.
• Clean the product housing by wiping with a dry cloth.
Caution! Do not use any chemicals, alkalis, abrasives or disinfectants: otherwise
the product housing can be damaged!
Caution! Do not immerse the product housing in water or other liquids!
