8. This warranty for the sold consumer product does

not exclude, restrict or suspend any rights of the Buyer

related to laws and regulations concerning warranties

for defects in sold items pursuant to the provisions

of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws

9. The warranty shall be applicable within the territory

of the Republic of Poland.
