with a little cooking oil with the help of a cloth or kitchen paper.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to avoid damaging the non-stick
coating of the plates.
Operation
• Place the appliance on a stable, flat and dry surface, protected from
impacts and that is resistant to heat.
• Make sure that there is sufficient space around the appliance of at least
10 cm to allow heat to escape and provide sufficient ventilation around
the grill.
• Before using apread a small amount of cooking oil on the plates (E)
with a clorh or kitchen paper.
• Make sure the detachable collecting tray (H) is in place, otherwise the
juices and fats resulting from cooking will spill over the surface.
• Completely unwind the power cable (D) and plug the appliance into the
wall socket. Once connected, the power indicator light (J), red light,
lights up.
• Keep the plates (E) closed and wait a few minutes to preheat the
appliance. Once the appliance reaches the temperature, the thermostat
indicator light (K) lights up, green light, it indicates that it is ready to be
used.
• After the pre-heating time ends, make sure the appliance is unlocked
and open the top plate through the cool touch handle grip (B) and place
the food on the lower plate (E).
• By holding the cool touch handle grip (B), lower upper plate so it touches
the food.
• The cooking time depends on the type of food, its thickness and your
personal taste.
• During cooking, hot steam may be released between the non-stick
plates. Caution should be taken to prevent hands from coming in
contact with the steam.
• Once the cooking process has finished, carefully open the upper plate
by the cool touch handle grip (B).
• Remove food with a plastic or wooden utensil. Do not use metal utensils
as this can cause damage to the non-stick coating of the plates (E).
• If you want to continue to use the appliance, close the upper plate to
retain the heat for further use.
• Reaply cooking oil if needed.
• When finishing, turn off the appliance by taking off the power cable (D)
from the power supply.
