The appliance runs for
some time and stops.
• Is the food forced down the
feeding chute?
Make sure the appliance is
not overfilled.
• Does the food contain
hard stones?
Stop the appliance for a few
seconds, switch the control
dial to REV for a few seconds,
then switch the control
dial back to ON to retry
juice extraction.
The pulp has too
much juice.
• Is the pulp filter clogged?
Check if there is too much
pulp on the pulp filter. Clean
the pulp filter immediately.
The motor runs loud
and vibrates.
• Have all appliance parts
been assembled and
aligned properly?
If the appliance is
properly assembled,
the noise is normal when
extracting juice from overripe
fruits and/or vegetables.
Stop the appliance and clean
the extraction auger and the
auger bowl.
The auger
bowl shudders
during processing.
• This is normal during juice extraction. The auger bowl is
separate from the base unit.
11. DISPOSAL OF USED EQUIPMENT
Waste electrical equipment is recyclable and must not be disposed of
with household waste as it may contain substances that are hazardous
to human health and the environment! Please contribute to the rational
use of natural resources and environmental protection by delivering your
waste appliance to a recycling collection point for WEEE (waste electrical
and electronic equipment).
Consult the seller of this appliance or your local authorities about the
nearest authorised point for WEEE disposal.
12. WARRANTY
The product is covered by a commercial warranty for 2 years. If defective, the product
should be returned to the seller, with proof of purchase shown upon return. The
product should be returned complete and in the original packaging.
